Thank you for choosing Shielded Steel, LLC. We take pride in delivering quality, custom metal welding and fabrication work with care and professionalism. Please read the following policy to understand how we handle shipping and deliveries.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, depending on the scope and complexity of the fabrication work. Custom and large-scale orders may require additional time, which will be communicated clearly at the time of order confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use trusted shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS for standard orders. For oversized, heavy, or custom metal fabrication items, we may use freight or specialty shipping services. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange suitable delivery logistics.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are based on weight, size, and destination. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

No P.O. Boxes for large or freight shipments.

We do not ship hazardous materials or items prohibited by law.
If you are outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us directly to discuss options.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Shielded Steel, LLC within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the packaging and item so we can assess and resolve the issue.
If your shipment is lost in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier and keep you updated throughout the process. Please allow up to 7 business days for investigation and resolution.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or additional costs due to incorrect addresses.
Returned packages due to address errors may require payment of additional shipping fees for reshipment.
8. Local Pickup (By Appointment)
We offer free local pickup from our workshop in Lake Havasu City, AZ by appointment only. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we will contact you to coordinate a convenient pickup time.
9. Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Shielded Steel, LLC complies with all applicable federal, state, and local shipping laws and regulations. We do not ship restricted or prohibited materials and follow all industry best practices related to the safe transport of metal and fabricated products.
